   You may order this music from your dealer or directly from Brixton Publications. When ordering from us there is no need to use an order form; however, you may choose to print out the form Printable order form in pdf format (click here) or the Typeable order form (Word format). Simply write or enter the title, composer, instrumentation, and catalog number for each work ordered. Enclose a check or money order in U.S. funds drawn on a US bank for the total cost of the music plus the following shipping and handling charge: In the USA - add $4.95, in Canada - add $6.95. Florida residents add 7% tax.

Elsewhere in the world add $16.00 for air mail. International orders weighing more than 2 lbs. (or the weight of approximately 10 medium-sized scores), may require additional postage.

For fastest service we suggest using a credit card or money order. In a super hurry? Priority mail and express mail is available for an additional charge. Please contact us about these special services if needed.

   Institutional orders are welcome. Please submit them on a purchase order or your institution’s letterhead, signed by an authorized official.
